The Missouri RMP program handbook for committee members prepared in
October 1970 includes the following: I. Operational Profile, including
an organizational chart; II. Committee Structure and Functions with a
list of three committees that determined the policy and plans for the
program; III. List of committee members giving name, address, and
affiliation; IV. Program core staff by name, title, and administrative
